Oregon Action believes all people have a right to affordable, quality health care when they need it from a provider of their choice at a cost they can afford. Passage of Oregon House Bills 2009 and 2116 during the 2009 session, and of the Affordable Care Act in Congress, were important steps in the right direction. Our health care reform mission for 2011 and beyond involves working at both the state and federal level.
